No problem- it’s incredibly common for busy studio owners. I’ll get you caught up and organized before moving you to a monthly plan, so you start with a clean slate.
Can’t I just use QuickBooks myself?
You could, but DIY bookkeeping between classes usually leads to errors and lost time. I ensure accuracy, save you hours, and give you clear numbers like what each class and membership actually earns.

What Software Do You Use?
QuickBooks Online or Xero for bookkeeping and Gusto for payroll.
Do I have To Send Physical Receipts?
Nope! Just snap a photo or forward a receipt by email and I’ll handle the rest… no shoebox required.

How Do I know Which plan is right for me?
During your consultation we’ll review your setup, goals, and how your studio runs. From there I’ll give you a few options to choose the best fit.
How Much Does Bookkeeping Cost?
Every studio is different, so I quote based on your specific needs including your size, transaction volume, and the services you want. Monthly bookkeeping starts at $300/month, and catch-up or clean-up work is quoted as a one-time project. The best way to get an accurate number is a free consultation, where we’ll find the right fit for your budget and goals.
